I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kuster in Guarapuava and was truly amazed by the hotel's exceptional attention to detail. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather, providing a comfortable sanctuary after exploring the nearby lively pubs and bars. The free toiletries offered were of high quality, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. The staff's dedication to helping guests, even overcoming language barriers to deliver a forgotten jacket to my hotel in Rio, truly exemplified their commitment to exceptional service. Kuster exceeded my expectations in every way, from the pristine parquet floors to the thoughtful gestures that made my experience unforgettable.
